What Causes Smelly Vagina Discharge And Lower Back Pain Post Intercourse?

Ok, I have been with my partner for 18 months. We broke up and then got back together. Talks between us taught me he had been with other girls. We slept together for the first time 20/9/2010. I was tested for all the common STD s on 1/11/2010 because i didnt feel comfortable with his sexual activity whilst we were on a break. The tests came back 2 weeks later negative. However, I am experiencing smelly (not discoloured) discharge and lower back pain that feels like my organs inside are burning up. Any advice?

well I must say that u should always go in for protected sex mainly because STDs takes time to show up.and if it's burning sensation, kindly go in for a urine and blood sample tests and consult a gynaecologist to rule out urinary tract infections which are common after intercourse.
