What Causes Soft Stool And Burning Sensation In Stomach And Rectum?

sir, I am 29, weight-46, height -165 cm. I have gastric problems.my stool is very soft.when I do exercise or hardwork after 3-4 days from my starting of exercise i feel a burnning in my stomache as well as in my rectum at the time of leaving stool and stool becomes more softer.it seems to me someone mixed chilly with my stool.please solve my problem

* Burning stomach is in relation with gastritis with or without ulcer .
* Burning rectum is anal fissure condition .

* Guidelines for both recovery in a better way :

Drink plenty of liquids .
Prefer soft , light diet with more of green leafy veg , whole grains , cereals , pulses , legumes , organic fresh fruits .
Avoid all types of oily , spicy , non veg , hot beverages , junk foods , dairy fat .

Bulk forming laxative as Ispaghula husk 3 teaspoonful at night with a glass of drinking lukewarm water helps by smooth bowel evacuations .

Cap. prilosec ( 20 ) mg morning and evening with sips of water on empty stomach .
Tab. tylenol ( 500 ) mg after meals for control of pain , burning .
Xylocaine ( 5 % ) jelly application over the anal part gives soothing action .

Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each 3 times a day and additionally after passing stools ) helps .

Avoid long drives , sitting prolong on hard surfaces .
Control of blood sugar , cholesterol , body weight .
Avoid smoking , alcohol if consuming .
