What Causes Soft Stools?

Hi, what would cause a haze on the water after you poop, you have to catch the light reflection just right to see it, my stools are also long and soft, which has changed from my 'classic' deer poop style. Also saliva seems thick and mucusy the last few months. Thx

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the consistency and the appearance of the stool is entirely depends upon what has been eaten or drunk but it is not due to any disease in absence of clinical symptoms, if you do not have any clinical symptoms then it is nothing to worry what ever the consistency or appearance of stool is there, and if it is ever creating any doubt then the only option is the to send the stool for laboratory examination, over all it is nothing to worry in absence of clinical examination hope this information helps.
