What Causes Solid Stools?

every once in a while i will have a bowel movement and at the end when i m wiping there is blood on the toilet paper. I haven t noticed any blood in my stool and when this has happened the first bit of my bowel movement is slightly more solid and it feels like it might be scraping my rectum. It has occured 4 or 5 times in the past 3 months or so. I was just wondering if I could just be scraping myself or if I should be a little more concerned...? I m starting to get more and more worried.

Well come HCM
Thank for asking
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be anything but it seems to be the constipation, hard fecal material causes the little trauma to the rectum that causes the fissures and blood may oozes from that some time it may happens or some time it may not depends upon the consistency of stool, I advise you to try stool softener, like Isabgol powder, along with this have more fiber containing diet, drink more water, do not exert the force while passing the stool, keep regular habit of passing of stool even in absence of need of this, do not worry if you do not pass the stool still be inside hope this information helps.
