What Causes Sore And Big Breast?

unbearably sore breast!! Hi my name its Ashley. I am a 27yr old female, height 5 5½ , weight 270lbs. My breast are unbearably sore and hurts worse when I talk my bra off..I wear a 44DDD size bra and this is biggest my breast has ever been. Before I had my daughter I was in a D cup. ,They ve gotten bigger since I had my daughter 5 yrs ago. Anyway the last time my breast felt like this I was 5wks pregnant and didn t know. Its been confirmed that i m not pregnant besides I ve had the paraguard IUD for the last 5 yrs. Every now and again they will leak. What could possibly be the cause of this if i m not pregnant?

This condition of your can be due to the hormone called prolactin which if excess in body causes all these symptoms, so get prolactin test and thyroid test done.
