What Causes Sore And Painful Thigh?

Last Friday I was at work, sitting in a chair for about 45 minutes ( I m a preschool teacher). When I got up I has almost a sore feeling in my left thigh. It is now Monday and the soreness is still there. It hurts when I touch the skin gently, but it does not hurt when I push on it. The chairs are different chairs. But I m still wondering what can it be?

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from painful thigh .Skin is painful when you touch it, it means some cutaneous nerve got involved.Analgesic such as Diclofenac will relieve pain. Mecobalamine is useful in nerve pains. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
