OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

You can think of pregnancy only when you have missed your period by at least 1 week. Sore breasts, nausea and tiredness can be due to early pregnancy but you need to be sure of it by doing a urine pregnancy test.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
