What Causes Sore Breasts And Abdominal Cramping Post Procedure For Uterine Ablation?

Two years ago I had my tubes tied with the clamp and had a uterine ablation done a month later. I have been period free for two years however the last two months I feel like my whole body is going through pregnancy symptoms. The last two years my boobs are sore, morning sickness each and every morning, and cramping that feels just like my contractions I had with my last three babies. Should I be concerned and make a dr apt with my family dr or go into my OBGYN.
