What Causes Sore Breasts And Clear Vaginal Discharge?

my Girlfriend has recently got off birth control. it has been a month since she was supposed to have the shot. while on the depo provera shot she had real bad bleeding for which her doctor prescribed her premarin to thinken the uteran wall.. he then suggested not continuing the shot after not being on the shot. for about a week and a half she expierenced less than a week of heavy bleeding and then white milky discharge. a few days later there was discharge that was "jellyfish" like and clear. now come to present day her breats are sore to the touch along with her nipples. she has a hard time getting dressed they hurt so bad. does this sound like pregnancy or something else? she took a test which came up negative.
