What Causes Sore Breasts, Missed Periods And Frequent Urination?
Hello. I had my lmp on July 6..it is now august 28 and still no period. I had dark discharge but it went away after one wipe. Then a few days later very faint pink discharge when I wiped but it went away..I have very sore boobs to the touch which I get every pre menstrual and frequent urination and mild cramps... haven t taken a test yet. . Could it be something other than pregnancy?

You can go for a beta HCG test to confirm whether you are pregnant or not. These are quite common perimenstrual symptoms and nothing to worry about it. As of now you can take analgesics like Mefenemic acid for pain relief.
