What Causes Sore & Enlarged Vein Inside Rectum?

I have suffered from hemorrhoids off & on over the last several years. There seems to be an enlarged vein just inside the rectum that is sore when I insert a suppository. I have increase fiber & water. It hurts when I have a bowel movement. It will subside then off & on for several hours I have stinging pain in the recta area.

Its not a vein. It is actually an anal fissure. Use 0.2% GTN and 0.5% lignocaine ointment at the site of defecation before passing stool.
Omit meat from diet for few weeks. Exercise 30 minutes daily. Take Ispaghula Husk 2 tsf thrice daily. You will be fine
