What Causes Sore Head, Tummy And Frequent Need To Urinate?

hi im 13 and i have a sore head for ages(have medican for)sore tummy and i need to pee more often and i always have the feeling of needing a pee. i hv had this for over 3 months and all doctors say its my peirods starting but i dont think that is true plz help me cause im rlly upset that i can do as much and have missed alot of school so im behind .. plz help me iv been waiting for a hospital apointmet for a month but school starts agin in 1week
