Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As this will be a muscle spasm. Doing hot water fermentation and gentle kneading massage should help reduce the soreness. It may take up to a week to resolve it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Jay Indravadan Patel, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
