What Causes Sore Lower Rib Around Bottom Of Rib Cage ?
I have very sore lower ribs on my left side, I can t determine if an organ is to blame or the if it is the ribs that are sore. They are very tender to touch the ribs that is, just around the bottom of the Rib cage, also I have a sort of butterfly affect going on

Probably we are dealing with muscle strain where the muscle is attached to rib cage- one of the common reasons being a deficiency of vitamin d and calcium.
I suggest pain killers, blood tests for vitamin D and Serum Calcium levels. Mild support like rib belt may help temporarily.
