What Causes Sore Lump On The Inside Lip Of The Vagina?

I have noticed that I have a hardlump/bump on the inside lip of my vagina but it has a dry white scab on it - it is quite large. My other symptoms is that I have a bad head cold and a sore throat. The sore in my vagina is sore - may be from irriation from rubbing. I have done nothing really different from before - from my regular routine. My husband and I have been married for 11 years. He is the only one I have slept with in that time. I believe that it is the same for my husband. Do you know what this might be?
