What Causes Sore Muscles All Over Body?

I have had sore muscles for at least 3 weeks and getting worse by the day. Its my whole body but my legs are the worse. It feels as if my tendons are too are too short and are tight and its hurts to climbs steps and so forth. My hands hurt and i can barely open a can with a can opener.

Hi,

Get your serum uric acid, E.S.R, RA factor, C.R.P and fasting blood sugar levels done and send me the report.

Till then you can take aceclofenac + serratiopeptidase combination three times a day by prescription of your family doctor.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.
