What Causes Sore Nose?

my son is 5 months old and hes got a sore nose and when he lays down he sounds bunged up but his nose doesnt seem runny. he also sneezes alot but has done since birth and no more now than usual. his nose the last few days has been crusty and sore to touch infact he wont let me go near it. its started leeding a little too why?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your question in detail and I know that you are very concerned about your child but don't worry.
Sore nose with crusts in a 5 month baby occurs due to dryness usually.
In my opinion, you should use normal saline nasal drops 1 drop in each nostril three times a day for 3 days.
It will help in correcting sore nose in baby.
