What Causes Sore Stomach And More Sleep To A 4 Year Old?

Hi my four year old daughter has been complaining about a sore tummy for the past couple of days and has also started falling asleep on the floor anywere in the house in the afternoon, even though she hasnt had a day sleep since she was 18 months old. She had a temperature this morning and went back to bed and is now asleep again? what could be wrong with her?

Pain abdomen in a girl child is usually due to urinary tract infection, indigestion and worm infestation.
