What Causes Sore Throat And Minimal Difficulty In Swallowing?

Have Gerd. Been through all the testing to validate. Started day after 102 fever and vomiting. GE says no one really understands what causes. PPI keep sore throat down and very minimal difficulty swallowing. One symptom no one has ever heard of remains. After waking and usually some food I get oclusal dysfunction (lower jaw pushes forward so bite is off). Goes away at night and if I avoid liquid/eating. Anyone ever heard of this? I assume it can't be the acid if on PPIs. Could it be other stomach contents (Peptin?). Any way to treat??

I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be swallowing difficulty and seldom it turned out to be some disease condition but most of the time it could be due to stress, it is condition like hyperacidity can increase the stress, and stress again causes the more acid secretion.
If you have not get done the investigations then better to get done the barium swallowed study, get done the hemoglobin test, till then you can keep continue the PPI and the best drug is Omeprazole and it has to be taken 40 mg once in day with Domperidome 20 mg once in day better to take this both the tablet at evening time and it has to be taken for six weeks
