What Causes Sore Throat, Earache And Hot Sensation Radiating Towards The Stomach?

I have been experiencing a throat issue. Lump in the throat with some hot feelings on the right side only, down to the stomach. I have had sore throats and ear aches. Thought it was allergies but I never had this kind of reaction. I am also being very forgetful and doing things like putting dishes in the dishwasher, but it was the freezer. I have some dizziness , depth persession . Got new glasses and still having issues. Any thought? I sure have many ideas. YYYY@YYYY

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Multiple problems should be solved one by one.
Allergies should be identified by keen observations and be treated with oral antihistamine, steroids, topical decongestants and steroid sprays as maybe needed.
Then the lump in throat to stomach feeling would go away.
It is better to get an upper GI Endoscopy done to rule out any lass or so like cancer to be assured of.
Once the allergy and throat problems would go, you would get ear problems too solved.
The brain circulation, proper oxygenation might improve your memory too.
Get in consultation with an Ophthalmologist to get the vision corrected again.
