What Causes Sore Throat, Headache And Red Cheeks To A 10 Year Old?

10 year old girl that started out with sore throat and headache. She no longer has the sore throat but has been having headaches, some very severe, red cheeks at time headaches are bad, fatigued. This has been going on for a month. Tests were taken for mono, thyroid, red and white blood cell level, a CAT scan which all have been okay.

Throat swab should identify
Usually treated with antibiotics like amoxiciilin
