What Causes Sore Throat, Headaches And Dizziness After Smoking Hookah?

Hi I was Very frequent Hookah smoker i was known to smoke marijuana and a cigarette or two a few yeas back but never packs only like 5 times a year then i stopped all together but kept smoking hookah recently my throat has been bothering me i feel as if wen i speak my entire body trembles ive been having soar throat and headaches sometimes dizzyness i also feel like theres alot of flem deep in my throat can it be the beginings of cancer or is it some kind of virus?

It is.possibility of both. Difficult to diagnose from history, examination needed.
Your sore throat can be due to some infection causing pharyngitis which leads to all symptoms you described.
However cancer can cause such symptoms.If hoarseness of voice there , consult your doctor immidiately.
Afer a course of antibiotic if symtoms resolved and do not recurre again in short time less possibilty of cancer.
So consult ENT surgeon(otorhinologist) as soon as possible for best outcome of your problem.
