What Causes Sore Throat Indigestion With Breathlessness?

Hi. My voice keeps croaking or becoming hoarse and i feel like i need to clear my throat. Other symptoms include indigestion, with infrequent pain in chest, feeling nauseous, stomach cramps, loose stools, a slight feeling of breathlessness sometimes and feeling lightheaded.Any suggestions? My doctor has given me some Peptac liquid as he thinks i am suffering from reflux, but i think it is more than that.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Problems of croaking voice, hoarseness, indigestion, chest pain, nausea, pain in abdomen and all the symptoms that you mentioned indicate that you may be suffering from Pharyngitis giving to gastroenteritis and reflux too.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an ENT examination, ENT and upper GI Endoscopy so that a proper diagnosis can be done.
Tests of stool and blood.
Clinical evaluation by a Doctor.
Get a course of an antibiotic that works on GI and Throat infection.
Take a PPI like Omeprazole and also Domperidone if there is reflux.
Take the medicines till you are cured.
Laryngoscopy will help you to get a proper diagnosis so that further management can be done as per the findings.
