What Causes Sore Throat Inspite Of Normal Blood Tests?
my mom is suffering from throat problem from 15 days.Her age is 51yrs.we got her blood test,thyroid test and sugar test report.her report is normal.but ESR is 70mm in 1st hr. and 100mm in 2nd hr.she is also an artherities patient.pls advise what to do.

hello, in my opinion possibilities are--1. acid peptic disease where due to continous reflux of acid from stomach, throat and voice box gets infected. environmental allergens in d form of oil and fruits also causes throat pain,3. people with nose block will have mouth breathing it leads to throat pain. if am ur treating her doctor I could have started on tab. pan-d(pantaprazole with domperidone) for 5 days and hava a ent consultation.
