Hi I have sores all over my butt from itching and my inner thighs are so sore from scratching my breast itch and under my arms at time my legs and arms itch but only have sores on butt it has been going on for 3 months and now my bf that lives with me is starting to itch bad also on his thighs mostly back and inside no one else who comes over itches

Dear patient
Considering your case scabies is most probable diagnosis. It's caused mostly in people who do not maintain hygiene and do not take regular showers. So you and your boyfriend are advised regular and daily shower with antibiotic soap. Clean all your clothes and wash them all together and dry them in sunlight. Apply permethrin lotion from neck to tip of toes at bedtime and take shower at morning. Repeat this after 7 days. Same applies to your boyfriend. Take complete treatment and do all things as advised for permanent relief.
