What Causes Soreness And Stiffness In The Toe?

I fell in the shower and smacked my toes into the tile. They became gradually sore throughout the day. When I got home from work and took my shoes and socks off two of the middle toes are black and red, stiff and sore with limited movement. Any suggestions?

Hi,
The stiffness &soreness is because of the inflammation caused by the i cidence.The blackness indicates subcutaneous oozing of blood.
Some rest/hot/cold pack&anti inflammatory pill over the ciunter would help.
Plese be conformed that there is no much of swellling &difficult movement of the toes.if si consult anorthopedic surgeon.
