What Causes Soreness In The Jaw After Kissing A Partner?

I am 23 years old. I kissed with my girlfriend without knowing her serological status before engaging in the act. We only kissed for a short time. Due to the fact that the mouth is made up of squamous epithelium tissue, and that i have a little sore(wound) in my left jaw, can I be infected with the virus right now ????? PLEASE help me now. I am so afraid because it was my first time to do a thing like that... HELP ME DOCTOR. HELP ME!!! i did the HIV test about 3 days after the incident and it was NEGATIVE. Is it that the virus is hiding in me now ? and that there is nothing i can do about it until in 3 months time? help me!!! please

dear,
as I can figure here, your major problem is the concern regarding getting infected from your partner.
firstly, there is a extremely minute possibility to catch an infection via mouth entry as the digestive enzymes destroys most of the organisms.
secondly, the infected status of your partner is still unknown, here you can look for any signs of infections like a fever, respiratory problems or prolonged illness, or extreme weight loss. These are features suggestive of an underlying chronic infection, however one can be certain only on confirmatory test.
thirdly, an HIV can be detected in body after six months from getting infected. And there should be signs of viral prodromal syndrome prior to AIDS

my advice would be to watch out for any symptoms of flu or fever not responding to antipyretic medication and weakness in coming days, do not worry as there is no reason to be. There are no such complaints suggestive of infection in you at present, stay relaxed.

welcome for further queries.
hope to have satisfied your doubt.
thank you. stay healthy.
