What Causes Soreness In The Legs?

I have sores on my bottom legs that will not heal. Looks like abcesses. They hurt and look like they are eating into the flesh. Some are quite deep. I have had blood clots and these sores have been on my legs for over 2 years. My legs stay swollen most of the time.

Hello,
i have studied your case and I think that it can be neuropathic ulcers. These are non healing ulcers and commonly seen in Diabetic patients. I would suggest you to get neurological examination of the foot and also blood sugar examination.
varricose vein can also cause such non healing ulcers. So please rule out these causes. If there is any such causes than you an get it treated.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
