What Causes Soreness, Itching And Bleeding Between The Buttocks?

Hi im 17 im about 5'2 and 8.5 stone i've never had anything majorly wrong down there, but i have piles and ive had them previously, therefore ive already got the cream for it, so ive been using that and it hasnt helped, and i now have sore, red, itchyness, and its even bled between my buttocks above the piles. what is it and how can i treat it, preferably without going to a doctor?
