What Causes Soreness Of Head And Penis?

hello my son is 11 years old and he is complaining of the head of his penis being sore , he has a lot of excess skin and it looks like maybe a bit of lint from his clothes is just inside .he has not to my knowledge retracted his fore skin. is it ok to get him in the bath and gently retract to clean it ??

I really appreciate your concern for the child of 11 years old looking to the history given here I could say that this could be phimosis and in my opinion do not attempt to retract the foreskin it is better to see the doctor and what the history suggestive, the circumcision would be needed, hope this information helps you take care and have a nice day.
