What Causes Soreness On Stomach While Touching?

Hi, I have small sore to touch area on my stomach, a bit higher and to my right of my belly button. it only hurts when I touch it, it feels like a bruise but there is nothing there. what could this be? I m a real worrier, i have just had a cold could it be to do with this? Thank you
