What Causes Soreness On The Toe?

I seem to have a sore in web before little toe. I use neosporin, but it still hurts, yet not an open wound. This happened before and then I went to India and wore open sandal. It seemed to be cured. Sometimes I wake up to a swollen 4th toe, but it goes away once up. I wear no hose and only slippers in the house if not barefoot. I am 121 pounds 5 3

Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that it can be due to fungal infection. This is increased by sweating, tight shoes and humid atmosphere. it is common in Diabetic. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Avoid tight shoes and use Clotrimazole powder.
2.Apply anti fungal cream like Clotrimazole after discussing with a skin specialist.
3.Wash your feet daily at least twice.
4.please get check your blood sugar and if it is high than try to control it.
