What Causes Spasm And Bruising In Eye?

I had a fall 3 days ago. I seperated my shoulder and also have a hairline fracture. I have started noticing a bit of a black eye and constant headache on my right side. Every now and then I also feel a spasm in my right eye where i have the bruising. Would you be concerned.

Black eye will go by itself.Get your eye examined, for fundus and measuring IOT. if there is bruising then use antibiotic eye drop. you can use oflacin eye drop .3% 3times daily.you can take analgesic tab let after food for 2days. In a few days you will be alright.
