General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the severe pain increased after a heavy meal indicates flare-up of a pre-existing subclinical condition which may be gastritis, duodenitis, ulcer, intestine perforation, pancreas problem or others. I recommend emergency x-ray abdomen standing with an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis for immediate diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
