What Causes Sperm Discharge During Bowel Movements?

SIR,Iam of 17year old and iam not more fat and not thin iam normal in health my height about 5.6inch and weight about 62kg but sir when i sit in toillet (potty) my sperm is fall down without any masturation proccess during when i pressure for toillet sir what i do please help me.

sperm can be released also with stimulation of prostate, if you are having large bowel movements theoretically it could push on the prostate, which likely does not then contain sperm but just prostatic secretion. consider increasing fiber to make stools soft , avoid straining for bowel movements.
