What Causes Spider Web Like Red Line On Hands With High BP?

I'm 21yrs old about 6'3" 190lbs, and I eat healthy, I have no heart problems that I know of in my family and I have always been healthy except for high blood pressure, for years my heart has been beating hard to the point where I can feel it in my chest and hear it, I can also see my chest move when it beats, I always thought it was normal but my girlfriend said she has never heard a heart beat that hard before to the point where she could feel and hear every single beat very strongly, so it has got me thinking that I also have poor circulation in my hands where when I stand they will turn white/blue and my finger tips turn purple and I can see like a spiderweb of red lines on the top of my hand, are these connected and a serious problem or is this normal?
