What Causes Spine And Back Pain?

Hi! I have been experiencing stiff neck and shoulder on my left side for about 3 weeks now. Since then it has gone into my lower back just the left side and in the last few days my upper back, sharp pains from my tail bone shooting up through my back and now it has even started to hurt if I sit down to hard. A lot going on any advise?

This may be due to spondilytis..u have to take heat fermentation along with neck exercises.. u have need to take mentain proper posture..
