What Causes Spinning And Shock Waves In My Brain?

When I lay down I get really dizzy,it feel s like I am spinning..I have been getting shock waves in my brain, just the top though,They make me sit straight up.The spinning started out to be just every now and then and now it s every day..I have had a cat scan of my brain and ekg s and such and they say they see nothing. My ears are fine..It s really scary,I am on 320 mg of Diovan and 100 synthroid..I have PTSD,Anxiety,Major Depressive Disorder,COPD,Ulcerative Colitis and kidney problems, none of which I take medicine for..Any clue of what s going on here? I just turned 45 in case age is a factor..Thank s,Melissa.
