What Causes Spontaneous Bruising?

hello doctor
ive been having unexplained bruising all my life and im 26 now and my boyfriend keeps accusing me of cheating because bruises keep popping up out of no where im really stressed and i dont know what to do to prove to him that something is wrong with me

Hi,
Firstly kindly visit a doctor . Get the following tests done:

1. Complete blood count .
2. Bleeding time ,clotting time, prothrombin time .
3. Peripheral blood smear.

Also take vitamin C supplements daily one tablet.

Was ther any history of spontaneous bleeding or bruises since childhood?
It may be due to a childhood bleeding disorder.
