Hi I m a 30 year old female who s questioning if I m pregnant. I took a home pregnancy test and it was negative, I had my period 3 weeks ago and sexual active. I also have PCOS so my cycles aren t regular. But since last Wednesday I have been nauseous, vomited, abdominal pain, food aversion, my breasts hurt and I today I started spotting even though I just had my period. Please help!!
Your symptoms suggest that you might be pregnant. However, pregnancy can be confirmed by hcg estimation only.
If you want to rule out pregnancy early than blood HCG estimation can be done.
If you want to rule out pregnancy by urine HCG card test than you have to wait for one week of the delayed period as earlier it can give a false result.
