What Causes Spotting After Non Penetrative Sex?

Hi, I am a 23 year old female. My fiance fingered me last night and i had light vaginal bleeding and irritation. I have done a pap smear and everything is normal. The first time her fingered i bleed a lot, second time he cut, but this time he wasn t being rough and he was being gentle. I stop bleeding probably like 10 minutes after that and it was mostly like spotting. Can you explain why?

Initially broken hymen cauaed the bleeding.
Next time you bleeded because of slight erosion of vaginal mucosa.
Pap smear is normal means everything is ok.
