What Causes Spotting Before The Regular Menstruation?

I am having light bleeding 1 week before my period along with increased urination sore breast and fatigue. However I have taken several at home hcg and they are all negative. I have only head light bleeding for 1 day and I had mild cramps before I started bleeding.

The symptoms that you are having are premenstrual symptoms and are normal. These are not worrisome. The bleeding will gradually increase.
