What Causes Spotting Instead Of Periods During Food Control?

Hello, I have a question. I really cut back on eating and how much eat around end of June. I did have a regular period right before I started cutting back. When July came around I got it, but it s not regular like it usually is. It s more spotting then anything. I was just curious if this was normal.

Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer you some information. The most likely cause of the altered menstrual pattern you have experienced is due to the dietary control you have been executing. This is because such things alter the body weight all of a sudden henceforth creating hormone imbalance. Weight loss should be controlled and slow in order not to create such effects. Please see your health care provider to assess the situation and plan further management. Hope this helps.
