It could be a polyp hanging down from cervix ( neck of the womb ) or herniation of any pelvic organ!! Your spotting could be from the cervix or from the uterine lining. But one thing I ll reassure is it is definitely not your clipped tubes at all! In such case you need to get a clinical examination done from your doctor who can directly visualise your genital tract to know where you are spotting from and also you will require a transvaginal ultrasound scan to look at pelvic organs inside and determine what needs to be done next.
