What Causes Spotting Post Intercourse With History Of Tubal Ligation?
I m 26 and had a c-sec 7 months ago. I was tied and clipped tubal ligation. My fiance had put me In a position and when we got done said he felt something that hes never felt before hanging down. Could my clips have come undone? Because I had started spotting afterwards for a few days and that s never happened before and now I m late for my menstrual.
Hello dear, thanks for your query! It is really difficult to understand what your fiancée must have felt. In my opinion this is something that requires a clinical examination. It could be a polyp hanging down from cervix ( neck of the womb ) or herniation of any pelvic organ!! Your spotting could be from the cervix or from the uterine lining. But one thing I ll reassure is it is definitely not your clipped tubes at all! In such case you need to get a clinical examination done from your doctor who can directly visualise your genital tract to know where you are spotting from and also you will require a transvaginal ultrasound scan to look at pelvic organs inside and determine what needs to be done next. Hope this answers your query! Take care!
