What Causes Spreading Of Blisters To A 9 Month Old?

my 9 month old had one blister on the lateral border of his left foot. now he developed blisters on the dorsum of the same foot and elbow crease. it starts out looking like a leathery puffy skin then develops into these cluster of smal blisters and ultimately one large one. what is that??? im very concerned.

It looks like Impetigo (streptococcal skin infection)
But it is difficult to say without seeing the patient.
Better consult dermatologist.
