In my opinion, with your descriptions and the drugs that you normally use, you probably have respiratory diseases such as chronic bronchitis, asthma, bronchiectasis or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Chest pain or back pain may occur suddenly as a sign of coronary disability or pneumothorax complications in people with COPD
Your took Spirina and Abuteral inhaler make bronchodilator and thus to increase oxygen in the lungs, causing hypoxia is improved and can make symptoms of chest pain decreases.
Status burning throat indicate that you can have gastroesophageal reflux and symptoms decrease when you use Rolaids medicines (as antacids). Burning thoat and nausea can also be caused by medication side effects of Abuteral inhaler.
We do not know how long you use this drug, and your health condition therefore you should go to see your doctor to be diagnosed and had more specific advice.
