Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pelvic pain and sticky vaginal discharge after sex suggests pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment.
The vaginal discharge should be examined for microbiological examination and ultrasound abdomen should also be done.
Microbiological examination of discharge is required to look for infectious agent.
In case infection is present, appropriate antibiotic is required to treat the infection.
Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis is required to confirm PID.
Further management can be planned after clinical assessment and relevant investigations.

Thanks and take care
