Hello,

This is intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus which may be ingested via contaminated food or liquids.

Primary working tips for this issue:
- Consume plenty of liquids in form of boiled water, lemon juice, coconut water, homemade juices, organic tea, coffee, butter milk et cetera.
- Prefer soft, light, bland, vegan diet with fresh curd preferably.
- Avoid all types of oily, spicy, non veg, hot beverages, junk foods, dairy fat, milk, aerated drinks till recovery.
- Intake of PPI (as omeprazole ), and antibiotics (with metronidazole on pack).
- Pro biotic with lacto bacillus helps faster recovery which requires prescription with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
