General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to arthritis. I recommend you to do an X-ray of the neck and a rheumatoid factor blood level to confirm the diagnosis.

Meanwhile, I recommend you to use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
