What Causes Stiffness And Tenderness In The Lower Calf?
over the past 8 months been having some on and off stifneess tenderness in lower calf, uper ankle, Symptoms tenderness to the touch, stifness, difucult walking comes and goesm symptoms get worse after sitting for a while, and more difficult to walk after sitting down, in the last few weeks it is regular every day. it should be noted I have early signs of neuropthy in my feet. No making appoint with physician not sur eif his is possibly gout, charcot- marie-tooth disease. or something else.
Dear your probably suffering from Insertional Achilles Tendinitis or Achilles tendon enthesopathy.
Avoid hard shoes Use tab naprosyn 500 twice a day. Heel drop exercises Physiotherapy Local steroid injection Ice placing.
